At Stoles.com®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new stole or wrap isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your stole and place it in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
